Division: St Andrew’s circuit bungalow too is also situated in this estate This property has a rich history in terms of the beautiful two storied bungalow . We have secured Photo from 1910 of the bungalow that is still maintaining its rich heritage .

As per information this estate was managed by Bosenquat Skrine and was nationalized and taken over by J.E.D.B. in 1975 and subsequently taken over by Kotagala Plantations PLC in 1992.
